- Proven ability to see a “messy human problem” and design scalable, repeatable processes.
- Extensive experience (10–12 years) in service operations or high-touch consumer services.
- Demonstrated expertise leading distributed, multilingual teams of 300+ people.
- Strong metrics-driven execution with a history of designing and managing complex operational KPIs.
- Cross-functional fluency with Product and Data teams; excellent communication skills to drive collaborative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement High-Trust Advisory Frameworks by developing a comprehensive Matchmaking Decision Playbook that moves the service from transactional profile sharing to thoughtful guidance.
- Develop Behavioral Member Journeys by creating momentum-building checkpoints and calibration sessions that address the emotional nuances of the partner search process.
- Overhaul performance measurement through Outcome-Oriented Incentive Design, replacing metrics like “Calls per Day” with rewards for Meaningful Introductions and Match Quality.
- Transition the business model from a basic subscription service to a trusted search partner by establishing Renewal & Value Architecture, complete with Progress Reviews and curated plans.
- Collaborate with Data and Product teams to integrate Human + Product Intelligence, enabling a “Cyborg” advisory model that combines empathy with data-driven precision.
