It functions as a digital teammate that manages your career growth, salary negotiations, and interview prep without manual intervention.
You'll be a good fit if you have
- Strong end-to-end product design ability - from concept to shipped product - with a high bar for visual design and attention to detail.
- Comfort working in fast-paced, early-stage environments with a strong bias for rapid experimentation.
- Deep user research instincts with an ability to translate complex systems into simple, intuitive experiences.
- Proficiency in modern design workflows and tools, especially Figma.
- An AI-first mindset with a keen interest in integrating AI tools into design processes and designing AI-native experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the design process from initial concept and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and production-ready solutions.
- Create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that simplify complex workflows.
- Iterate on multiple design hypotheses using user feedback and data to continuously improve the product.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and growth teams to integrate user-centric design and AI-first principles throughout the product experience.
- Build or contribute to design systems that elevate the overall design quality of the team.
